Businessman Soliman Biheiri, who lied to investigators about his financial dealings with Hamas leader Mousa Abu Marzook (a former Falls Church resident) was sentenced Thursday, January 13, 2005 to 13 months in prison.
"Biheiri was convicted in 2003 and sentenced in January 2004 to 12 months in prison on immigration charges.
Biheiri has already served his first term and seven months of the term imposed Thursday. He will be deported to Egypt following his release."
